After reviewing the Partners in Training guidelines, initiate a project proposal submission by completing the form below. Additional materials including resumes, letters of intent, schedule, and budget should be submitted as a single PDF document to info@hpef.us.

- all project costs and revenues, registration fees, etc.
- amount and use of Partners in Training funding requested
- source and amount of any additional support (both financial and in kind)
