Partners in Documentation Proposal Application

After reviewing the Partners in Documentation guidelines, initiate a project proposal submission by completing the form below. Additional materials including resumes, letters of intent, schedule, and budget should be submitted as a single PDF document to the Program Manager.

Applications for the Spring Call for Proposals are currently closed. The next Call for Proposals will be Spring 2025. Please sign up for our mailing list below to receive updates on future calls.

In addition to completing the form above, during an open call the following materials are requested in a single pdf document sent to info@hpef.us.

  • Resume of initiative chair and key participants (speakers/instructors)

  • Preliminary schedule

  • Syllabus or other course information

  • Letters of intent

    • From primary organization/institution and partners

  • Budget, including:

    • all project costs and revenues, registration fees, etc.

    • specific uses of Partners in Documentation funds

    • source and amount of any additional support (both financial and in kind)
