Partners in Documentation Proposal Application
After reviewing the Partners in Documentation guidelines, initiate a project proposal submission by completing the form below. Additional materials including resumes, letters of intent, schedule, and budget should be submitted as a single PDF document to the Program Manager.
The Spring Call for Proposals is currently open with a submission deadline of June 1, 2025.

In addition to completing the form above, during an open call the following materials are requested in a single pdf document sent to the Program Manager.
Resume of initiative chair and key participants (speakers/instructors)
Preliminary schedule
Syllabus or other course information
Letters of intent
From primary organization/institution and partners
Budget, including:
all project costs and revenues, registration fees, etc.
specific uses of Partners in Documentation funds
source and amount of any additional support (both financial and in kind)
